
Our Return Policy
This page describes how we calculate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Our 90 days Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, send us back the item or the unused portion of your order within 90 days* of the original purchase date and we'll refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). TNI reserves the right to refuse refunds for quantities that cannot reasonably be consumed within 90 days. A reasonable quantity is typically considered one case of four bottles of Tahitian Noni™ beverage of product per month.
Please note that your statutory right to cooling off period hasn’t been affected.
*90 days customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply for Age Defy devices. We are happy to provide 30 days customer satisfaction guarantee for Age Defy devices.
Our 90-day returns guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 90 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling fees). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or falls under 90 day satisfaction guarantee.
Cooling-off period
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase , please contact Tahitian Noni International UK Ltd. within 14 days and return the product to the address listed below. After cancellation, Tahitian Noni International UK Ltd, will refund the full price paid for the goods including delivery charge.
Damaged and incorrect products
If you have received an item that is visibly damaged or has been sent in error, please refuse the delivery and we will send a duplicate item to you at no extra cost to you. If you have accepted the delivery and find that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving the item and we will send a duplicate order or correct order out to you where we are reasonably satisfied that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to return a product
You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service department 1800 55 0251. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you're shipping back to us at:
